Yelling at someone with a neurobiological disorder because they needed a little bit of gas supports to get to work is completely unprofessional. Why would you yell at someone with a disability for calling you at the last minute asking for supports; do you not understand what a disability means? If you have a disability steer clear of these guys because they're uneducated when it comes to disabilities and they have no experience working with people who have disabilities so they'd rather yell at them.

Sure, it’s great to get a free education. That part I am not complaining about. What I am upset with is the complete lack of communication these people have with one another. I took an MOA course that Free Rein and Western Community College held. They partnered with each other. WCC wasn’t the best school FR was worse. FR gave us chrome books on loan to use that were not sufficient for the courses we were taking and the communication they had with WCC was awful. At the end of it all when I finally was to get my diploma and transcripts I told FR NOT to pick them up and mail them to me because I live in Abbotsford anyways. The transcripts were ready in December. Because of some family issues I was not able to deliver my chrome book back to them in a timely manner and when in finally was able to deliver it and get my transcripts (a few months later) I went to WCC and was told that “Jessica” from FR picked up my transcripts 2 days before I had gotten there. So, I was not told that Jessica picked up my transcripts, after telling them not to. And when WCC and I tried to call they wouldn’t answer, and when I emailed explaining my frustration they made it “my fault” no apologies, explanation, nothing!!! I was just told they would “mail them to me”. When the confirmed my address it was the wrong address and when I emailed them back to confirm my address I didn’t get a reply. So I may not get my diploma or transcripts!! And WCC can’t reprint them for me. STAY CLEAR OF FREE REIN!!! Not worth the headache.
