They had what I wanted to get for my hot tub.

Guys are great, super helpful with delivering everything and explaining things. Even came back after the electrical and filling were done to add chemicals and do initial level balancing. Recommended me an electrician that was good, would recommend them to anyone.

We bought our Master Spa Twilight hot tub from Shawn about two years ago and we couldn’t be happier. We did a lot of research before purchasing and there are some good hot tubs out there. Master Spa stood out from the rest and Shawn knows his stuff. The customer service is so good and every time I call or text Shaw he has the answer and is eager to help. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks Shawn for the great experience.

UPDATE: MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER Posted November 12, 2020 My apologies.   You are right.  We did not spend any money with your business, but we did try.  You were not asked to install the original cover lifter that came with the spa but you were asked to provide the price and availability of your suggested alternative Cover Valet Cover Caddy.  As you did not follow through, we ended up buying it online.  Owning and maintaining a hot tub is not cheap. Had you provided the cover lifter information or the chemicals for purchase as you promised, we would have continued to purchase all our chemicals and filters from you.  However, you did receive payment from Masterspas and acted as their agent in relation to the delivery of our tub. As for the level of service we expected, it was the Masterspas experience which the website states as having the "best service, best prices and best product".   We thought you were affiliated with Masterspas as your website and homepage has Masterspas all over it, which makes you appear to be an "authorized dealer".  You may want to change that. That being said, your response further demonstrates your lack of professionalism and only supports my review.  Potential future clients can read our exchanges and make a decision for themselves when considering whether to patronize your business. In closing, both reviews were submitted at the same time.  No attempt to get more traction.  I think you did that on your own... *********** Original review posted October 15, 2020 We had done our research on hot tubs and were deciding between purchasing from Coast or Masterspas.    After reading customer reviews for Fraser Valley Hot Tubs, we were excited and confident that we would receive their "legendary"  Masterspa experience of best service, best prices and best product with a professional Masterspa representative (as per the website).  The electrician that was referred to us by our sales person was amazing - they came over before tub delivery to get the electrical line in and again soon after delivery to complete the electrical hookup.  That was the end of any resemblance of professionalism.  Next was damaged goods upon delivery and a promise from the local dealer to return with a new cover as soon as it was received.  5 weeks after the promise, we followed up with head office (Premium Wholesale, Kitchener, Ontario) , and was told the local authorized dealer (not an authorized representative) had already received the new cover.  The factory authorized dealer in  Kitchener, Ontario was very responsive.   It took one of the owners to contact the local dealer, who had been 'ghosting' us since August 30 to tell him to deliver the cover.  The local dealer told us when he finally delivered the new cover that he had received it 10 days prior and he was only paid/insured to deliver tubs.  We are 12 km from his location and he made no effort to fulfill his promise. Lovely tub - Masterspa makes a good product and we enjoy it everyday but very disappointed in the customer service (and lack of products for purchase) from Fraser Valley Hot Tubs.  He had so many opportunities to make this right....

This is a great place to buy a hot tub. There great to deal with, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable , good price on every thing you would need. They also do installs and set ups as well as any repairs. Super place.
