★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No walk-ins. Must call in... They have their phone message saying they are closed when open and it doesn't take messages. The Canadian health care system is a scam run by rich government employee unions that work with the media. Other walkins are even worse. Go to the US if you want health care and have money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to this clinic a couple times and they've been kind and helpful but getting into it is the least accessible and genuinely deterring factor of this clinic. They are currently only taking appointments due to covid (understandably) but you have to book weeks in advance. I'm not sure if they have limited resources or limited care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was refused service due to being unjabbed. I am not aware of any mandates that clinics have and are able to discriminate. Stay away from this place. Front desk ladies super rude and they are very difficult to deal with. Impossible to get the appointment even with serious matter. Dr Pather used to be friendly, right now I do not recommend his services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why dont you answer the darn phone it is past ur opening time, i have tried on friday and today. Horrible service. People dont know how to answer a phone instead they are picking up and hanging up on me. Horrible
Update: after 16 calls i finally got through and denied service because even though their automated message says they ARE taking appts they are not. I was really in need of some care today, hoping you guys get shut down at this point for repetitive horrendous service.
