The instructions are all there all you have to do is use it.
Don't forget to stretch when you're finished! Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful park! Nice, easy trail along the Fraser River. Nice and scenic. There's a cute little playground for kids as well.
Easy to get to, good parking, clean washrooms mid-way through the trail.
