I had an appointment and was looking forward to getting my tooth fixed however it turns out that they do not respect me or care enough to keep their appointment made with me. Very disappointed and now after waiting 2 weeks I have to find someone else who can be professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best dental office Nanaimo has to offer! I was working with a different dentist in Nanaimo that made me feel bad about my teeth, was very rough during my appointments and did a poor job.
Not happy with the outcome, I contacted Franklin Street dental and Dr. Ziehr and her team helped me with my teeth. They corrected the mistakes the previous dentist did, motivated me to continue caring for my teeth, and set me up with an orthodontist to help me correct my bite. Over a year later, I look forward to going in for my appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience here. Dr. Koltranis was kind enough to get me in short notice for an urgent root canal (not fun!) I received excellent, effective treatment. The hygienists and front desk staff were lovely. I was well taken care of and they direct billed to my benefits plan. Lots of parking available as well which is a nice bonus with a downtown location.
