She is knowledgeable, caring and passionate. Frances has an ability to listen and understand your needs . She took the time to explain the product and its benefits . After a course of antibiotics my stomach was a mess. I am a holistic nutritionist & health coach and with all the reading and courses I have done, I was in need of external advice. Sometimes you just have to ask for help. I needed desperately to be told what to do and to have someone hold me accountable. Oh! that Frances does. I started on some of her amazing products and herbs and immediately had some of my symptoms improve. We are still working together as I realize now that these changes will not happen overnight. Frances is so knowledgeable and helpful and honestly goes above and beyond with her follow ups. Working with Frances was a great decision for me.

I will say as a client, you should be prepared to make the changes that Frances recommends that are a sacrifice but when your health is at stake- and she recommends and explains how nutrition is vital to helping your body heal- she quickly becomes your life guru and I recommend following everything she suggests because it will work! I have spent too much money on useless supplements, specialists and have been given the run around by doctors my whole life- call Frances and just trust the process, let her guide you and will find true health- isn’t that what you want!?
