★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House manager really unpleasant and rude. Had speaker phone on with 4 other people in the room to hear the conversation. Won’t answer 1 specific question and would only give very general to no answer this question. At times he got frustrated & raised his voice, made jokes to my question. He won’t NOT give a direct answer. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT refer a client or be a client Harmony House. I have nothing positive or nice to say.
Stay Away. The staff, especially the house manager , must not be certified educated Counsellor. He should be fired for his lack of professionalism. If he treats a basic enquire the way he did , then I have very serious questions how the program is run and how the clients are being served.
