★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having my car all week - I show up to collect it and it has a flat tire (they installed a valve stem incorrectly). The casing for my command start fob is broken and they have replaced my brushed aluminum valve stem caps with black plastic ones. My valve stem caps & sleeves are missing (they cant find them) and they now have mismatched chrome caps & sleeves which don't match the rims anymore. If you have a nice car or care about your rims and tires i would recommend another shop. Below is a picture of how my car/rims were returned to me.
UPDATE: the car had a flat tire the following day - took it back to them and have now been told that my rim is cracked and will need to be replaced (not sure how this was missed on the last 2 times) they installed my spare tire which was 3" smaller in diameter on the car and told me that it would be fine to drive on and wouldn't cause any damage. Not to mention my tires that they bagged and put in the back they crushed a Resistol Cowboy Hat. The owner doesn't care and merely replied with an apology.
