My car had problems starting shortly after I bought it so I brought it to Fountain Tire, and the service I received from Nick was phenomenal. There are so many little things that I didn't know due to lack of experience and Nick was awesome and explaining everything and working with me to ensure I only agreed to work that was necessary. As a new, inexperienced vehicle owner I feel well taken care of instead of taken advantage of- which is priceless as a new female driver. Thank you Nick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my Nissan Rogue serviced at the local Fountain Tire as previously I had driven to Edmonton for service but I have been pleased in the past with tires and service I had received for my other domestic vehicles. The service was great and on time, the staff was friendly and the store was inviting and clean. No one tried to upsell me on services I had not requested or did not need, they answered questions and provided me with a printout of possible future items only on request, not by pushing it. I was a no brainer to go here and save the trip to Edmonton to the import dealer. Highly recommend in all aspects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team here is absolutely amazing. I had taken my car in for a wheel alignment as it was feeling a bit “off” lately, turns out I had bent my control arm and needed it replaced. They had to order the part in overnight, so gave me their courtesy car to take back to the city, then got my car fixed up for me by the time I was off work the next day and did the whole thing for an extremely reasonable price. Everyone at the shop that I worked with in this situation was extremely pleasant and courteous. I won’t hesitate to go back here for any future mechanic work!

I recently called to have a flat tire fixed and they were able to get me in right away which I very much needed and when an easy to happen little mishap occurred during the service I was informed right away and had it resolved quickly at no extra cost which was very appreciated. Honest and reliable guys. Always have had a great experience buying and changing out our tires there too.
