★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to rate this Fountain Tire location with a 1/5 stars (it wont let me post zero stars), yes the building looks incredible in the lounge but the staff, management, and owner make it disgusting. The owner/management are dishonest, will lie right to your face, over charge you for everything and anything. They are almost as bad if not worse than Kal Tire in North Battleford. You expect quality work and honest service from a family run local business but sorry to say you do not get that from this store. Stewart does not like when you confront him about the pricing or service that has been performed. The way he treats his staff is very unprofessional and when faced with an emergency he freaks out on the person that is injured, when really he should be rushing them to the help that they require. The receptionist does not and will not learn anything about the mechanical side of the business, in which she should learn, as it is apart of the company. Take a vehicle in for an inspection get quoted an outrageous amount of money, to then later find out all that was needed was a single ball joint to be replaced not all 4 of them, and have them say that the struts and tie rods need replacing as well. Good luck with that. So I am sorry to say but THIS Fountain Tire location will not be getting business from myself, family, or any of my friends. If they went belly up I would laugh and clap my hands as they pack their belongings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling Cleveland Ohio to Fairbanks Alaska, I had a trailer wheel bearing catastrophically fail 26 miles north/west of North Battleford. Stewart and the whole crew at Fountain were incredibly hospitable and helpful - the damage ended up requiring a trailer axle specialist but they helpfully put me in touch with that other shop.
If you're in the area and have any needs for tires or even a possible concern before traveling further in the wilderness beyond... I can't recommend the helpful crew at Fountain enough.

Review: written in Alaska, because the repairs done by their suggested specialist held up the entire way on the rough roads of the Alcan Highway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had tires changed at this location I am a long haul driver and had 2 steering tires replaced. When the smoke cleared.... 3400 plus.. now keep in mind that I also had a service call out as well.. but 1100 per steer tire... that's highway robbery. Never again will I use fountaintire

Did not have a full set of tires in stock for what I needed but had enough to get me on the road then did the extra un asked for leg work of calling my local fountain tire in grande prarie Alberta to order the rest to home from another store because they also did not have what I needed so I would have the other four this week waiting for me also verry friendly knowledgeable and helpful would recommend to any body best tire experience I have ever had also fair on there pricing given the current market A+ guys good work
