★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys have a business everyone should support!! They went out of their way to help me when I was in a small rut a needed a quick tug out of a snow bank just outside of Golden. Unlike CLASSIC TOWING trying to charge $600 for a 60min drive and a 2 min job with my own tow rope... fountain tire didn’t even charge me for the help and the guy that came was really nice too. Thank you so much fountain tire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here were amazing when we broke down west of Golden, right from the moment we walked in they were helpful. While Vonda was helping my boyfriend get his truck booked in, John helped me find a hotel that took pets at a reasonable rate. Definitely beyond what anyone would have expected. And they had our truck fixed quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got here right after they had closed with a check engine light that had come on between Revelstoke and Golden. One of the guys was just leaving and we asked if he could help us out. He hooked up his sensors and determined that it was not a serious problem and we were on our way again. Thank you so much for the after hours help. Very much appreciated.

I had a trailer tire blow out in the hot weather and got to Golden after the shop had closed. Caught their mobile service guy (Spencer) just as he was leaving for another job. He couldn't do the tire at that time as he needed to get to the other job. He offered to call his buddy to see if he could help.
One of their guys (Jake) ended up coming back to the shop after already working a long day in +40 degree weather. He got to work right away and did a great job. Got me back on the road in no time.
Just an all-around great experience; they clearly have a fantastic team here and place a high value on customer care. Would recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service.

They took us in right away, and Jake did a very quick and professional job mending the tire. He was friendly and thorough, and represents an excellent company well. Our thanks for getting us back on the road, and no hesitation at all in recommending Fountain Tire and Jake.
