★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got a new mortgage and had all of my legal work done by Forward Law. I have used a few different law firms in the past for purchasing and selling houses and Forward Law has been by far my best experience. They worked with my bank and realtor to take care of all the details. They were timely, knowledgeable, and professional. They checked in to make sure I knew when each stage was complete and to check if I had any questions. They are my first choice and I would recommend them to anyone requiring a law firm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired FL to represent a case against the TNRD. Originally assigned a lawyer then half way through re assigned another lawyer which although a nice person, never did i feel comfortable that they had this case prepared for a win. One lady, an assistant or receptionist was very robotic and not personal which made me feel very uncomfortable . I felt like they are more prepared to bill you for everything than to learn how to win your case. If your looking for a court battle I would not recommend this firm based on what i experienced, sorry Forward Law

Issues we had;
1. getting given options from the lawyer, directing the lawyer as to which option and then finding out he altered the option to maintain his involvement. Note, you're better off setting up an estate account at a bank rather than having the law firm keep the money in a trust account, which is what he wanted us to do.
2. We had to push to get our file moved on twice.
We can't give them anything other than a satisfactory. :(
We seriously recommend checking out what recommendations they supply and diary dating items to ensure your file isn't unnecessarily delayed.

People say that word-of mouth is always the best way to go so that is exactly what I did. I turned to a friend and she referred me to David Hughes of Forward Law. I was an emotional mess when I stepped into his office. He listened to my story. He then took the time to explain my options. He didn’t rush me. He let me ask questions and he left me with a lot to think about. I have no regrets what’s so ever. He helped me find a solution that both parties were happy with. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his care to point out possibly relevant issues or concerns that we hadn't thought of. This is what we need in legal counsel: proper consulting, not just answering a request when we ask. I'm far more confident in contracts we build because of his oversight.
Our interactions with other staff have also been great; people are professional and reasonable.
