B	B M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from Toronto for my mother’s funeral on May 6, 2020 because we bought two spots in 1995, my father passed away in 2001 and we had the same place for his burial Their service improve over 1000% since then My mom's funeral went extraordinarily well Met over my expectations We are so blessed She is now stay besides my father after 19 years Thank you so much for all the staff !! You all so helpful and made us at ease although we went through sadness of our loss God bless you all !! I was seriously devastated, felt so helpless, went into vacuum.... My mother's best friends contacted me, informing mean she had made arrangements with Forest Lawn before she's went oversees. I called and got Graham Pap. From there onwards, Graham was like an Angel in disguise giving me The support more than anyone can ask for. With covid-19, I and couple of my mom's best friends were the only people present but Graham and the site workers hand carried my mom's remains into here resting place! Thank you Graham! Thank you boys! You have no idea what it meant to me! Thank you most sincerely for your care, your Total respect.. Thank you Simon

Graham listened to what we wanted and made sure all the necessary arrangements were handled with care and accuracy. We were very appreciative of how we were treated during this difficult time.

When you initially call them inquiring about a cremation and burial options you are met with a rude receptionist. Whose first question is, "are you able to afford our services? Or would it be best for you to go somewhere else?" No condolences, no empathy, and very disrespectful considering the individuals calling have recently lost someone. This place has beautiful plots but poor customer service from the receptionist. Maybe the funeral directors are better, not sure. After the conversation with the receptionist we knew this wasn't the right place. It seems like a money making business beyond that there is no human emotion. I do not recommend this place.

Also, her competence - as illustrated by her understanding of a wide range of clearly expressed details and options - made her a pleasure with which to work. We were also thankful for the flexibility of the burial crew who in these difficult COVID times graciously accommodated our family needs/wishes prior to and after the graveside service.
