â â â â â Do not go here. The woman taking blood work who is older with dark hair always does it too hard and it leaves a bruise. This time she used an 18 gauge needle on me which is completely inappropriate. Avoid this place even if you have to wait longer for an appointment somewhere else.

i came 1hour before they open, they showed up late.
and i ask for appointment with a doc, receptionist gave me one paper and said "call number on the paper and make an appointment, and i will see a doc afternoon" its not a walk-in clinic, the way how they work .. i called the number to make an appointment , never answer
so i had to go to another clinic,
ever again this clinic in my life ..

â â â â â Great service received last week. The staff, nurse, doctor were all very professionnal and all my questions and worries left behind. Really appreciated my visit. Plus the clinic is very nice, modern and clean compare to many other clinics in Montreal!!! I encourage people to come here and use the Bonjour-SantĂ© service too. Free, quick, you receive a text mess. when it's your turn to come to the clinic for t your appointment. A++

â â â â â I had an appointment at 1:30pm. Doctor called me at3pm. And in doctorâs room, doctor finally showed up at 3:40pm. Reception staff wasnât really good. Doctor was good. If you are a student try taking appointment at another place. Because here you have to be free for a whole day.

â â â â â Got an appointment within 48 hrs through bonjour santĂ©. Dr. Sophie Perrier-Ferland was thorough, took her time and informative. I Got a call back from her days after having a scan for my shoulder problem explaining the problem. All in all great experience.

â â â â â So in order to see a doctor without an appointment, you must first go to their website and register for an appointment at 7:00PM. The beautiful part of this process is that you have to manually enter in a time when you want to schedule an appointment - I have tried to manually enter in every available time slot that day without any success. So they offer another service that will automatically give you a list of availabilities which you must pay for. I paid for it and the kicker is that there are no doctors available. What a joke.

I called the clinic to schedule a appointment and the girl told me to go to the website to make an appointment. OK, so far. Once in the website it was impossible to find a spot no matter what time or day i put it in. So I went to the clinic to see if i could skip the website and schedule the appointment in person, and I couldn't.
The only way to schedule a appointment is from the website, after 3pm, one day before meaning: you can only find schedule the next day and no further!! there's NO MEANS to find when it will be available so you have to go to the website EVERYDAY after 3pm to see if there's any availability.
If a date is available in 21 days, you will have to enter the website for 21 days everyday, after 3pm to find that out.
Just too awful.

â â â â â The staff is incapable of booking appointments. They booked an appt for me 2 wks in advance, i took time off work , drive all the way there (45 min to my location) when i got there they said there is no appt. eventhough i showed them the record on my phone. The nurse that was walking around doing nothing refused to take me eventhough it was their staff mistake. My blood test got delayed 3 wks because of this
