Wrote to them to complain about green mold in the whipped butter.
No apology.
No offer for product replacement.
No offer for refund.
Did not buy their products after that.

Their customer service was way above and beyond what we expected and I do not hesitate to recommend them. You can bet your sweet sweet belgian hazelnuts we'll be back. Thanks for everything. You ROCK.
