โ โ โ โ โ Good for meat, cheeses. Toiler paper always cheaper. Produce not so great IMHO. I like their European little section, although could be better.

โ โ โ โ โ Updated May 2022, if nothing this Food Basic is consistent coming out of COVID.
Smaller Food Basic so not as much inventory. Sale items are often quickly sold out. Lots of parking in a quiet mall. New shopping carts needed.

โ โ โ โ โ An unexceptional Food Basics location. They often seem to run out of sale items, like beef steaks for example, compared to other Food Basics and some loose fruits like apples and oranges could use better care. It sounds weird but I find that there is a bit of a downbeat vibe here. On the positive side, they seem to have a cheerful and speedy new Chinese cashier as of February 2019.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the smaller Food Basics locations. Not a huge selection of items to chose from, but the store is clean and organized. Saw Michael Buble and his entourage here, I guess they were shopping before his concert later today.

โ โ โ โ โ This place just keeps getting worst. I can never find what I need or if I do it's rotten, ripped open, dented, expired... Not worth the trip here. Go to FB at Bayview&John, or price match at NF at Don Mills& Finch or Freshco at Don Mills& Helen Lu...plus shop at the many other nearby grocery stores.

โ โ โ โ โ Your typical Food Basics: only 2 cashiers open with long lineups; items nicely disorganized with different accompanying price tags; store atmosphere feels like an old second-hand store. Only go when abaolutely necessary.

โ โ โ โ โ Great management you donโt gotta go to the big name grocery store to pay high prices for customer service. Food basic got great customer service and cash registers are open so u ainโt gotta wait in line. Same service same products cheaper the price. For all men out there $5 roses for the wife to score some points. Thanks to the manager for going above and beyond for me at the cash register. February 16th 2022 at 7:01 she knows who she is!!! Thx u very much from me and my family.. ?
