★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean Luc came to our aid when no one else would. The roads in our complex were a mess of compacted snow and ice. He worked tirelessly into the night to clear it away for us. We are so very grateful for his efforts, he's worthy of 10 stars and a hero's cape but we can unfortunately only hand him 5. Well done Fontaine!
