He and his wife Amy started Fonda’s Plumbing & Heating in 2003 and have grown the company into a reputable mid-sized company specializing in new home builds and custom home renovations in Red Deer, Sylvan Lake and the Surrounding Areas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Fonda's plumbing come and replace my parents outdoor tap as well as repair a shower faucet. The work completed was professional and priced very fairly. They even cleaned up and organized the pipes in the crawl space to make it easier to access shut off valves. They went above and beyond our expectations. We will be using them again for any of our future plumbing needs. Thank you to the team at Fonda's.

All around excellent service, price and timely installation. Front counter service, communications, and follow-up was excellent and Lawrence provided a timely quote.
Bob handled the installation very well. There were a few challenges with the installation that Bob effectively worked through.
There was a minor item that got damaged during the installation, and then the very next day, Bob was back to repair the item.
I am very comfortable recommending Fondas.

-Needed a plumber to finish a shower faucet install I did not have time to finish before leaving for work. Sent an A/C tech when we scheduled a plumber.
- A/C tech said office would call back to schedule plumber. Didn’t call in said time. Had to call to get a time. Receptionist chuckled because “my bad” scheduled the wrong person. (Wife took day off work for plumber to come).
- Plumber didn’t have enough time to finish that day, said they’d finish tomorrow. Didn’t show up, no phone call! (Had someone come to the house for them to finish).
- Plumber came the next day, unannounced no one home, finished the job.
At the end of the day the shower faucet was installed and worked as it should but was not happy with the disorganized situation as a whole. Won’t be using again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnace crapped out on me. Called fondas and they had a tech there within the hour. Within 2 hours control board was replaced and furnace was working. Technician was very good. Happy with the service will be my goto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somebody I thought was an expert told me I needed an expensive upgrade to the hot water tank. I booked Fonda's to do that. When he came out, he took a good look around and then respectfully informed me that I didn't need a new hot water tank. I truly appreciate that he took the time to explain why it wasn't necessary, and in doing so talked himself out of a very expensive job. So, I can't vouch for Fonda's work, but I can vouch for his honesty. If/when I do need plumbing work in the future, they'll be the first I call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is excellent. Their work is perfect. However, when it comes to financial services they really lack. They have one Mackey mouse financial company they deal with,so if u have no credit history for a long time u don't qualify. I asked if the $1600 bill could be split in two payments only one week apart, they would not authorize it! I had to pay over $1600 on a hot water tank on the spot right after installation. So there is no trust for their customers to even split a huge bill in two payments 7 days apart. Thats the only issue I had with their service,its too bad they can't bill a person. In Ontario everyone rents their hot water tanks, there is a monthly fee for the rental and any maintenance/ replacement is totally covered. Makes more sense to me that way. Anyway I was happy with their work and service except their payment options.

Their employee was extremely polite and made every effort to keep his work area clean and tiedy , and completely cleaned up after he was finished. I would highly recommend Fonda Plumbing to anyone needing their services.
