Other companies' quotes were cheaper, but we picked Focus because of Derek's professionalism. During the onsite visit, you could tell he was *really looking* at the condition of our walls, made lots of notes, took pictures, and spent a good deal of time listening to what we needed. The estimate itself was detailed and itemized so all the costs were clear and logical. Once the work started, Derek and Wayne were friendly, and at the end of the day's work, they gathered the tools and plastic into the corners so we could still use the couch, kitchen, etc. in the evenings. When it was all done, the walls looked amazing. Highly recommend!
