Mel's insight into the smallest details and explanation of each inch of the house and why we should make small changes here and there was very helpful. He knew exactly where to look for everything as if he were in the house numerous times, and gave good feedback about the roof, attic, garage balcony, and taught us about properly using the AC and air exchangers to keep the place cool during the summer. A+++ highly recommend.

He was incredibly throughout checking out every inch of the property so we were totally informed on what to expect. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the usual wear and tear that comes with natural aging as well as the weaknesses to look out for in the future. After the inspection we were promptly sent the report as well as pictures via email.
