Luckily my friend reached out to another friend of ours who had it running in "30 minutes"!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ITM customer service is very slow and irresponsive. I have received a damaged item. They aceepted to return my money if I send back the item by my own expense. I've been following up to get a return receipt from them since this is not my fault that their product is receveid in a damaged condition. I have talked to several people but still haven't heard back about it. I'm SO disappointed by such poor customer service!
