★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so happy to hear Floral Diva is now servicing Bradford. I've been dealing with this florist for 20 years and the last 5 years many of my relatives have moved up to bradford. It's so amazing to have my number one florist deliver to bradford especially the funeral home.

very shocked of the comment below that is so awful that another florist is saying these horrible things. Diva has been around for a long time and puts her heart and soul into her work as well as her customers. Do not listen to the comments. She will always do my flowers and I was highly recommended to her.

I tried the service and was so impressed on how they were so attentive and understanding in the circumstances. I am so pleased with the care and time they took for us to pick out our flowers. I can't wait to see what they are going to do for us.

THERE IS NOTHING LIKE A EUROPEAN FLORIST WHO CAN PUT A BEAUTIFUL PIECE TOGETHER. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A LOVELY ARRANGEMENT THAT WENT FOR A SYMPATHY. I REALLY LIKE THE TOPPER IT REALLY ADDED A BEAUTIFUL TOUCH. VERY PERSONAL AND CREATIVE.

They have been around for 30 years and service the european community. Thank you so much for your creativity and their is nothing like a european florist.

I tried Floral Diva and I was so happy to say the least that the flowers were prepared with so much love and creativity. You get a good amount of flowers for a great price. This is my to go place for now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Forever Rose in purple to celebrate my friend’s retirement. The photo on the site showed a bright and cheery shade of purple. I ordered over a week in advance to have the rose delivered to the office for my friend’s last day, but I received a call in the morning telling me my order was not a priority and she needed an alternate address so she could deliver the rose to my friend’s house in the evening. The rose my friend received looked nothing like the rose posted on the website. It was so dark it was nearly black and was not a suitable colour for a cheerful occasion. The rose itself was far more closed than the open bloom advertised. When I called to ask if it was possible to get a brighter colour, the lady was very rude over the phone and insisted the flower was a suitable shade of purple compared to the one on her website and said that all the purple roses looked the same. When I asked if it was possible to exchange it for a different, brighter colour, I was told that it would be a $30 delivery fee. I do not feel that I received anything close to what was advertised and the unwillingness to make things right reflects poorly upon the company. Overall, from product to service, it was a disappointing experience all around and I cannot recommend using this floral company.
