★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've gone there 3 times over the past 4yrs. This campground seems to just get better and better. It's a jem that not too many pay attention to. More stalls and new 30amp power were added last year. Has a beach (the water is very high in 2019 with it raining the whole summer) and a pretty decent boat launch. The lake is clean. Tons of fish on the sonar but couldnt catch a thing the afternoon we could fish. The place is very well looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stalls are huge on the back unpowered side showers, free wifi, decent beach and the water is clean. I am a touched biased as i perfer lake front sites like hanmore but this being the first time here I would 100% come again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the campground. Place is kept very clean and the couple that look after the place are fantastic. Beach is kept very clean and the lake is nice. This will be a yearly spot for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice clean camping areas power in most, the newer area stalls are huuuuge but have no power (yet?). Easy dump station on the way in/out, showers cost a loonie, but seem to last around 5 minutes or so for that. The people running the place are super nice and accommodating. Fire wood delivery, clean outhouses and garbage bins...
The lake itself is prone to blue/green algae blooms mid summer .. but it has a nice beach and boat launch, decent fishing. Lots of kayaking and boating to be had
All in all bang for buck one of my favorites in that area if Alberta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice beach, good campsites, feels like the 80's/90's provincial parks which were well run and maintained before all the 2000's provincial cuts.
Lake is pretty low making the boat launch challenging, just don't bring your car or expect to launch off the front hitch of your motorhome.... it's not happening. Expect your truck or SUV to be well in the water (maybe even to the door seals)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came camping here for 4 nights. Very quiet. Outhouses were very clean. They sanitize the washrooms 6 times a day! The on-site staff are very helpful with anything your looking for. The beach and lake are clean and great for boating. We’ll definitely be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Clean, big beach. Clean sand in the swimming area, hardly any weeds. Lots of places to sit and also has a big outdoor gazebo to cook in. Has lots of shady spots to sit in surrounding the beach as well if you need a break from the sun.
