★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been going here for years, truly a great little hobby shop! Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable, went in a few days ago to size up some bolts for my Gen7 crawler, gentleman behind the counter helped me install numerous bolts and provided tools to see which ones fit. Will always recommend this shop to anyone. Very funny signs too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst they did not have the 1:350 Bismarck I sought, I was pleasantly surprised to find a Top Gun Model with Both planes. They sourced and got the Bismarck in...now I have to fight buying an RC truck...being yo Money!!

easy-going people that will go up and beyond their expectations to serve your needs, The moment you walk in there they make you feel right at home no matter if it’s either John, Ky or steve, You will expect superior service like no other and I can vouch for that, I’ve been to every hobby store thats in the southwestern GTA and I can vouch for this place for being number 1 on my list, they may not be all there for variety but no matter what you are looking for they’ll do their best to get it in for you in for you as soon as they can

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible organization. I was told via email there were parts in stock and to come pick them up. Showed up and the guys in the store had no idea what I was talking about. No idea what the parts were or where they were. I was told they did not have the parts in stock. I talked to the owner via email to find out they were in the store when I was there but no one knows where anything is because there are random boxes with parts laying everywhere. "I can't be there all the time" maybe when you are there you should organize your inventory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store! I needed some strong glue for a stubborn model. Zap did the trick and it comes in different viscosity's. Also glued my fingers and had a good laugh. I bought batteries 3 years ago for my nephews Axial rock crawler. They are still running strong and they were cheap. The staff is always very helpful too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way overpriced and this is the only hobby store that doesn’t price match. I’ve ordered in parts to this store as I live out of town. They called me when 1 part was in leaving me a message saying my parts were in. Drove 45 minutes to them and they only had 1 or two of my parts from my whole order. This happened a few times too. Super disorganized overpriced store with terrible customer service skills.
