b	bomidski cphone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to share my experience. If you have a credit balance on the account and you plan to use that in the future, you may as well ask for a refund immediately. They charge me $25 for a fee called "annual credit balance charge". Anyway, I request the remaining balance refunded to me asap before it's gone. Hopefully, I received it back soon. I'm not happy because, although I don't expect to, I feel my money with them should earn interest instead of me getting penalized. Now I am not sure if its worth keeping the card.
R	Ryan Ogigon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flexiti is awesome. I didnt know if I would get approved. I wasn't sure. But I did, and with a very good credit limit. More than enough for me. Customer service has been absolutely amazing so far. And they have answered all my questions in regards to the card and services. I believe this service could be essential in the case of emergencies. I absolutely love how some car shops and tire shops offer this. Thanks guys!!
J	James Fetterly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful. This company will get you in the technicalities. I purchased a 24 equal payment item no interest. Then a couple months later I purchased a 3 equal payment no interest item. Went to pay the second purchase off a couple weeks later, submitted exact amount of purchase in one payment, the card company applied this payment to my original Balance. Then when the 3 month plan expired they applied the interest for the second purchase to me suggesting I didn’t pay it off in time. Then I asked them to fix it and they said they would look into it, but it could take 1-6 weeks to correct problem. I paid off the card immediately after that and will cancel. This card offers no interest on purchases and then will Get you in the details. Luckily for me I could pay off the balance and be done with this card. I feel Sorry for others who can’t. Good luck if you choose to use this card.

Advertise online merchant's then when you try to make a purchase system informs that the products are not available for financing. Would not recommend these lenders to ANYONE. Thank goodness I went to a merchant in-house talk to them about there financing option with Flexiti. I'm sure glad I did. I found out the real truth. Flexiti had picked a plan with a 36 month term and NO option to get out of the term. For a $800 purchase I would have had to pay back over $1500 for that purchase. What a Joke.

I had few questions regarding my statement and I reached out to Flexiti Customer Service. I was attended by Steve. A fantastic service! Great customer support from beginning to end of the call. Efficient communication and was on top of answering all my questions with so much patience. The attention to detail provided by Steve was impressive and his customer service skills are excellent. I feel he is a fine ambassador for the company. Good Luck Steve!

I try to ask questions, since I do not have an account, cause they turned me down at Christmas, so I made the purchase on my credit card.. They sent me an email to connect to my bank account cause they need more information. Weird, so I called. The customer service representative could not find my account. I wonder why. Oh yeah, they turned me down. He said reply to the email, and as I tried to say it was a no reply email, he hung up. So I called back, and he answered again. Great representation, he gave. As he is an representative of the company, I am glad I did not get approved. BTW, my wife loves the Ring.

Because many, many months ago when I had an outstanding balance. I missed one payment because I was in Hospital (4 hospitals in fact) for over five weeks. Once home again, I settled the account. I wrote to you explaining this at the time. So now you lock my card? (I received no notice of this smarmy move on your part.) I guess that my experience can be added to all the negative things I have heard about Flexiti over these past months.
T	Teresa Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't recommend them at all, easier to get a new vehicle then enough credit from them to buy 3 appliances. Had to settle for just 1 appliance, pretty sure the sales department at the store isn't happy either as they lost a much better sale. It's not like I am a big risk either! Waiting to see if they offer me a increase in 3 months after I pay off this appliance. Looking forward to tell them where that offer can go if they do.
