Deux expériences épouvantables! La première: une amie me fait livrer des fleurs. Le jardin de Mathilde fait une erreur de livraison, bête au téléphone, je dois me rendre sur place pour aller chercher des fleurs que mon amie désirait me faire livrer! Et qu’elle avait payé la livraison! Deuxième erreur: c’est les funérailles de mon père. Je commande un bouquet que j’avais déjà commandé dans le passé. Le bouquet manquait plusieurs sortes de fleurs, alors il était beaucoup plus petit, mais SURTOUT, les fleurs étaient fanées!!!! J’étais dégoûtée! A ces mêmes funérailles, ma cousine commande des fleurs du Jardin de Mathilde, sous ma recommandation….elle a reçu le vase qu’elle avait payé, trois heures APRÈS la réception de ses fleurs, c’est-à-dire, une fois les funérailles débutées. Je n’ai jamais vu un aussi mauvais service!
Two terrible experiences! The first: a friend sends me flowers. Mathilde's garden makes a delivery error, stupid on the phone, I have to go there to pick up flowers that my friend wanted me to deliver! And that she had paid for the delivery! Second mistake: it's my father's funeral. I order a bouquet that I had already ordered in the past. The bouquet was missing several kinds of flowers, so it was much smaller, but ESPECIALLY, the flowers were faded!!!! I was disgusted! At these same funerals, my cousin ordered flowers from the Jardin de Mathilde, on my recommendation….she received the vase she had paid for, three hours AFTER receiving her flowers, that is to say, once the funeral started. I have never seen such poor service!

Disappointed with the service. When I ordered online I thought I was ordering from the De Lorimier location, but for some reason they told my friend who they called on her birthday to set up delivery, that they were on Rue Masson. I contacted customer service a few times to see when the bouquet would be delivered and if I would receive a confirmation once delivered. After some emails back and forth about a telephone number for the recipient (although it was supposed to be a birthday surprise), they said it would be delivered by 5pm. But they called my friend trying to set it up for between 5-9pm on her birthday...or said they would deliver it the next day or could she pick it up.... For $13 delivery charge, within the city where the recipient lives, it all seemed like alot of hassle. I would never use this florist again or suggest them to anyone. It was not an expensive bouquet, but no matter how much a customer spends, there should still be some kind of appreciation for the customer and for the delivery options promised when making the purchase. Since I cannot reply underneath the shop's "response" to my review, I will instead do it here... First off, I did give a working telephone number for the recipient. I had tried to give you the number for her boyfriend so she could be surprised by the delivery instead of called. But since it turned out his number had changed, I sent you her number within half an hour of hearing from you. I wonder if I would have heard from you about this, or if you would have instead charged me for delivering twice, if I had not already been contacting you to find out if I would receive a "delivery confirmation"... Secondly, your employee who emailed me, said it would be delivered by 5pm. I assumed if I was told that, you had already contacted the recipient to set up a time. So when I heard you told her later between 5-9pm (when I had already mentioned she would most likely be home in the morning not evening of her birthday) I was surprised. Thirdly, now all the reviews from other dissatisfied customers about your arrogance and lack of customer care, make even more sense. The fact that you don't see the customer as your number one priority and and tell me my "review is inappropriate" is beyond words...I own and run my own business for years, and I would never speak to a customer this way, especially if they had tried to contact, communicate clearly and only expected details on their purchase (no matter how big or small). An apology would have been better suited, but I guess it was too much to ask. Don't bother with this company, they have no respect for the customers.

I am in Toronto, I ordered a bouquet on line for a friend in Montreal as a hostess gift. I specially requested the delivery day to be on the day we were to arrive in Montreal. Instead they delivered the bouquet two days earlier than I requested, and they called her before delivery. Totally ruined the surprise element! They did not follow delivery instructions. Could have been very embarrassing, thankfully, it was for a happy surprise.I ordered the rose and magnolia bouquet and it is beautiful, but I would not use their online order system. Call them directly to avoid any possible mixups.

I wish I would read all reviews before order with them. They don’t follow their own process to delivery. It says in their website they have two time window to delivery and you need to order at least 5 hours before the window. Well I ordered almost 24 hours before and when I called the next day in the afternoon to confirm the delivery the lady said the order was not ready, hello ??? Then she said they will delivery until 21:00 and I should know that because it is writing on their delivery politics. I ordered 24 hours before to avoid any issue because I would like to have the person to get it in the morning not at 21:00!!!!!!! They didn’t delivery my order as they should. This is my first and last time I order in that place. People forget how treat customers here and do whatever they want, nope, not with me anymore.
