Ai reçu un magnifique arrangement pour la Fête des Mères. Arrangement magique de fleurs coupées qui se sont fanées uniquement une dizaine de jours après la réception mais cet arrangement avait aussi un magnifique plant de kalanchoe qui est bien sûr encore plein de belles fleurettes. Merci Daluka pour cet arrangement fabuleux.
Got a wonderful arrangement for Mother's Day. Magic arrangement of cut flowers that faded only ten days after the reception but this arrangement also had a beautiful kalanchoe plant that is of course still full of beautiful flowers. Thank you Daluka for this fabulous arrangement.

J'avais commandé un bouquet de fleurs pour mes 4 ans de couple avec mon conjoint. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bas. Le bouquet était très petit et il semblait vide. Pour le prix que j'ai payé, je ne suis pas satisfaite.
I had ordered a bouquet of flowers for my 4 years as a couple with my spouse. The price-performance ratio is very low. The bouquet was very small and it seemed empty. For the price I paid, I am not satisfied.

J'ai pris la peine de vous en aviser par téléphone, il y a un mois et même pas eu un simple message d'excuse de votre part. J'avise donc mon entourage que vous êtes rayé de ma liste.
Really disappointed with your products! This is the second time I have received expired or past date items included in your local gift delivery. I took the trouble to notify you by phone a month ago and not even had a simple message of apology from you. I therefore advise my entourage that you have been removed from my list.

Malheureusement j'ai eu un très mauvais service de la part de cette entreprise. On m'a livré un bouquet qui n'était pas très attrayant pour le départ de ma patronne et en plus il y avait une carte "prompt rétablissement" qui accompagnait le bouquet. On ne m'a pas avisé des frais de livraison et on ne m'a pas fourni de facture. La propriétaire était très peu courtoise et j'avais l'air de la déranger. Elle m'a offert de revenir chercher le bouquet mais qu'elle ne m'en ferait pas d'autre parce que de toute façon je ne serais pas satisfaite Très très très mauvaise expérience avec ce fleuriste je ne le recommande pas du tout.
Unfortunately I have had very bad service from this company. I was delivered a bouquet which was not very attractive for the departure of my boss and in addition there was a "speedy recovery" card that accompanied the bouquet. I was not advised of the delivery charges and I was not provided with an invoice. The landlady was very inconsiderate and I seemed to bother her. She offered to come back and get the bouquet but she wouldn't give me another one because anyway I wouldn't be satisfied Very very very bad experience with this florist I do not recommend it at all.

Ordered from a catalogue. Didn’t even remotely get what I ordered or what I paid for. Ordered a sweet and smooth basket filled with chocolate and a sparkling wine with or without alcohol. Got garlic pickles, BBQ SAUCE ,BBQ Peanuts and spices. No Ferraro Roche or Lindt chocolates Or other premium easy to find chocolates as advertised. The photo’s are what I ordered and what I ended up with. The Roses were half dead and they glued sparkles on them to try and hide the bad parts. I was supposed to get 6 roses, I got 2 dead, a mix of 15-20 carnations I got 8 and 10-15 chrysanthemums we got 3 tiny buds. The pine branches that were supposed to be full and green were pine less sticks. It was supposed to be finished off with a collectable hurricane lantern and a bright red Christmas ribbon. We were sent a sad 25 cent candle and a sparkling butterfly. When I saw what was delivered the florist took my complaint out on my sister instead of me. The florist reluctantly made a sad replacement centre piece still nothing like what I ordered. The florist came and was extremely animated with my sister any Arguing with her why she didn't like the flowers that she made in the first place and that she can't deliver a basket with wine or anything like that because she has no license. The florist was complaining with my sister saying it's not her fault that the company I ordered from doesn't give her more specific instructions of what she's supposed to put in the basket and she doesn't understand why my sister doesn't like it. The florist continued to say That the company doesn't provide her with any information of what the flower bouquet is supposed to look like so she is just going with her own Interpretation of what she is supposed to deliver. The florist was very rude and demanded the other flower arrangement back as well as the silly butterfly that was supposed to be in it. She has done nothing to rectify the lack of ingredients or proper ingredients in the chocolate basket. My sister is very upset now thank you very much.For something that was supposed to be a nice surprise turned into a tongue lashing from a florist that she had no idea she was receiving a gift. The florist was yelling at my sister saying that she was offended by my sister's lack of appreciation for her hard work. My sister tried to explain that she is not the one that made the purchase and she needed to take up her complaint with the person who ordered the items. For spending $288, this is the worst flower arrangement and gift basket in my history of giving. The florist has taken the joy out of what was supposed to be a lovely Christmas surprise, and turned it into a how dare I expect to get what I ordered and I should be grateful that the woman delivered anything at all. The problem I have with this whole ordeal is that the arrangement was supposed to look like the description in the photo that I selected from. Had I just ordered a random bouquet of flowers or a random Flower arrangement then it would've been up to the florist creativity and I would've been satisfied. However I ordered a specific arrangement to look a specific way. All other arrangements I have ordered and sent this season have matched the photo’s exactly. The florist obviously had the flowers she just chose or can’t make what is expected of her. I guess she should stick to random arrangements and not allow the customer to have a choice. That way we can’t be disappointed.
