Classes include some barre work along with movement and small routines and she changes it up each week so it's always new and challenging. Age or skill is not a barrier - I had no previous dance experience and I am enjoying pushing my body a little and feeling stronger and more flexible. Plus, we laugh along the way at our sometimes wobbly attempts at looking graceful. I felt very welcomed in the class from day one - highly recommend giving it a try.

The class is made for beginners and those who have some ballet background. It's non-intimidating as we're all there to learn ballet, laugh and have fun doing it.
