★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted this place by email excited that they might be able to help me with my new venture and flavour some products for me. My email was never replied to and when I called in to speak with someone all they seemed interested in was figuring out which email I sent my enquiry to even though I was clear that I had sent it through their website contact. I got transferred over to someone new and yet again was interrogated about which email I sent the request to. I didn't understand why that would matter because I had already explained that no one ever replied so now that they have me on the phone they could answer my enquires. Apparently I was being "rude" for saying I didn't understand why the original email mattered so much when it was never even answered in the first place. The condescending attitude of both people I spoke to was enough for me to never want to do business with these people again. I hope the owner knows that this is how his potential customers are treated by the clerical staff
