An amazing team has been assembled, and they are able to pull off the most amazing feats - feats considered unimaginable by others. We have been dealing with Flanagan Foodservice for over 15 years. Previously with a chain restaurant and now we have an independent Coffee House and Bakery. Our sales Rep Lillian has been amazing since we opened our doors almost 2 1/2 years ago Ordering is a breeze and endless requests and concerns on our part are promptly dealt with. Delivery drivers are friendly. Looking forward to online ordering soon!

Awesome service! Our rep Paul is amazing he is always there if we need something! and the pickup service is very handy when we run into an emergency! Great Company and their yearly food show with all the vendors is very informative and helpful when looking to branch out!

Got a delivery appointment for 1100 hours and still waiting to be unloaded at 1300 hours. Place really qualifies for 0 stars if possible. Bad management.

If there was an option to give 0 star, I would strongly do that! I’ve called them to become a customer and I’ve even submitted a form online to become a customer as the representative suggested me. They promises that we’ll gonna get call back within a week but it’s been 2 and a half week and during this time period, I’ve called them twice to get update about my account. They simply say every time that you’ll get a call but they don’t know when…may be 1 month, 2 months or 1 year!! And then instead of apologies they simply discard my application with pride. Wow!!!! They’re like β€œwe have enough customers so we don’t need any more now” I’d Never recommend this service. God Bless you!

Great experiences picking up food here. Lots of vegan options! They have boxes of deep fried pickles, racetrack fries, hash browns, Beyond Meat products, and lots of other things. The website gets updated with new items frequently. Next day pick up usually possible but you have to place your order before 3PM. People on the phone/email and those delivering your order to your car are always so nice.

Just recently the company shipped me a bad product. It was moldy throughout when I opened the box. I phoned to say I will ship back the product when I get my next order and will expect a credit. The gentlemen customer service rep said I will have to send a picture and they will send it away to their supplier and I might get a credit. I informed him that I do not have a modern cell phone and I will ship back the product and they can take a picture then they have the proof. He said they cannot do that. I asked him what he wanted to do then. He kept saying I need to take a picture and send it in. I don't feel I should have to do the companies job for them. I am their customer and I am informing my supplier. They are the suppliers customer and they can do their complaining to them. They are also not reliable. Numerous of our orders are short products and they do not call or anything to say they are not shipping the products that we need. They just don't send it and then I have to drive around and find products to replace the products they didn't ship so I can make the products I sell to my customers. I feel they are a big enough supplier company that they could phone or send a replacement product. Their delivery times are inconsistent,. I will admit that the drivers that I have dealt with are polite and considerate, but I have not found their office staff to be the same when I have dealt with them. If I wasn't part of a Franchise I would not deal with this supplier. I recommend that a business look around for another supplier.
