when you fix auto here especially for electronic parts，double make sure they will not shut down their business in a year or change company name. They won't cover the defective parts which is still in warranty with numerous reasons, because they are more professional than their customers.

Efficient and fast service with professional who are friendly. Fair priced and trust worthy. I seemed to have found my miracle spot for my car @ Fix Auto Thornhill.

I had a great experience with Fix Auto after my stressful accident. They kept me up-to-date with every step of my car repair. They also arranged the car rental so that I was picked up from the Thornhill location and that I could drop off my rental when I came to pick up my car. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and they made one of the worst days of my life a lot better.

Let me begin by saying that I have never left a negative review for a company before. Beware: you will pay for this company's mistakes! I had a small crack in my bumper and went to this location because my insurance company listed them as a Preferred Repair Shop. Little did I know what a nightmare this would turn into. A new bumper was installed but was painted the wrong shade of white TWICE!! The second attempt was worse than the first, as there was white paint spray all around the black trim beneath and the edges of the bumper were super bright white. I called my insurance company and refused to go back to this location for a third attempt. The service from Fix Auto's Head Office was even worse. They acknowledged the colour was completely wrong but the closest I got to an apology was "I am sorry you are unhappy with the repair." There was a complete lack of accountability for their mistakes. Inconvenienced doesn't even begin to describe the experience of taking your car back for a third time and having to deal with rental cars each time. I requested reimbursement for lost wages, as I kept having to take time off of work to drop off/pick up my car during their business hours. I was told their motto is "we don't reimburse, we repair." I pressed the issue because I should not be out hundreds of dollars for their incompetence, but all attempts were refused. I have requested this company be removed from the insurance list of Preferred Auto Repair Shops. I have been speaking with Consumer Protection Ontario who agree that these are abhorrent business practices but companies such as this continue to act like this because the only option for the consumer is to take them to small claims court. Please think twice before going to any Fix Auto location!

Just finished going back to Fix Auto in Thornhill (Glen Cameron Rd) to let them know that I didn’t appreciate the $1600 quote that they gave (and 6 day time frame) to fix something that someone else did in 1 day for $400 (including polishing out a number of other scratches that were on my vehicle). I had used this location before and didn’t have any issues but it is under new ownership . Told the manager that either they thought they could pull a fast one or don’t know what they’re doing......not sure which issue is worse. Be honest, responsible and good at what you do and the business will come.

I know this people for a while , recently I bring a truck to paint the whole front , price was cheap compared to other crazy shops , the job was clean, on budget and on time ( only 3 days ) . I recommend this place talk to Mark or Path.
