★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jais énormément hésite a donner une note soit 5 ou 3 pourquoi 5 parce que oui jais eu un excellent service par contre il a fallu que je négocie et retourne mon véhicule tandis que tout cela aurais pu être évité si le services aurais été exemplaire des le début non il a fallu que je tienne mon point et que je chiale ce qui pour ma part me donne un sentiment d'insatisfaction pourquoi car le service client est une priorité dans c'est endroit et jamais la fille au comptoir a essayer de trouver une solution qui nous irais a tout les deux au contraire elle essayais de me convaincre que faillais Jai pitié d'autre client qui eux acceptais ce que pour moi n'était pas acceptable si je peux donner un conseil prochaine fois prévenir au lieux de guérir
I am very hesitant to give a note either 5 or 3 why 5 because yes I had excellent service on the other hand I had to negotiate and return my vehicle while all this could have been avoided if the service would have been exemplary from the start no I had to hold my point and cry which for my part gives me a feeling of dissatisfaction why because customer service is a priority in this place and never the girl at the counter trying to find a solution who would go to both of us on the contrary she was trying to convince me that I was failing I have pity on other clients who accepted what for me was not acceptable if I can give advice next time prevent instead of cure
