M	Michael Rizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible company with even worse representatives and brokers. My agent was Baljinder and he is as lazy as they come. I should've seen the warning signs. From the first month they were overcharging me. I was told the difference was because we are being charged 11 months instead of 12 so the extra month is divided among the others, now at the end of our term he stated we would not be receiving a refund. To put it simply, my contract was for $2419 for 12 months of insurance coverage, after checking how much was debited from my account I have paid in excess of $2,800. When I asked him about this he told me I was supposed to install an application on my phone that he never told me about nor was it outlined on our contract. The only thing he points to is that there is a "miscellaneous discount" on the contract which he stated I should've inquired about. Absolute scam of a broker and should not be allowed to operate this way.
F	Francis Owens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is absolutely the worse insurance broker I’ve ever dealt with for soooo many reasons and I will name a few. The main owner “Ben” worst kind, how can you not NEVER answer phone calls? -They never pick up? When they do it’s some receptionist sometimes and other times a third party call centre that they’re subscribed to as if that works. -Even when you speak to the receptionist, she assures you that “Ben” will call you back but NEVER DOES -I tried for almost a month to reach out to this person and when I finally did, he told me BOLDLY that “I never called” his office, he blamed me for not following up with my insurance (which they are my brokers, the insurance company won’t speak to you directly if you got a policy through a broker I TRIED TRUST ME). -Communication is horrible I tell you I just wanted to change something in my policy and Ben kept blaming me, THE CLIENT and said to me “All you had to do was pay at the end of the year” guys I got their letter when it was too late and my home insurance had to mail me directly to inform me my policy was being canceled perhaps I had things to change in the policy that could have took just ONE phone call. Long story short he said he would take care of my home policy and requested for my credit card over the phone which I did and assured me he will call me to give me the “good news” so I wouldn’t have a cancellation on my file. Guess what guys, I’m still waiting for that call! No further communications about what has happened and why the insurance did not process my card. To make matters worse, I still ended up with a cancellation and penalty fee that I just paid last week to Aviva directly. Very sad. Google should make a Zero 0 star option.
