★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is actually one of my favourite burgers restaurants in Montreal. Although I’ve been going to this location for years now. I’m disappointed that on few occasions they failed to put the right order together. If a person doesn’t want a certain ingredient in their burger, You just can’t make them eat it. Happened twice in the span of 2 months. One time they forgot the cheese and put beacon instead. the 2nd time they decided to add beacon when I never ask for beacon on my burger. Stick to what the client wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered online, entered the store 10 minutes before the pickup time, checked in online and waited patiently for my order to be called out. The employees were working very inefficiently and the cashier was just standing around with no customers while 3 employees worked on the same sandwich at the same time. It seems like the layout of the store is an extremely ineffective way of serving food so I guess they're just working with what they have. After 15 minutes someone, who must've been a manager as she was ordering people around, addressed me as I had been waiting for so long. Apparently my order had been waiting for me the whole time I was there, even though I was 10 minutes early for my pickup. They got me in trouble for not stopping the employees from working to tell them I'm ready to pick up my order even though I had already confirmed online I was there and ready to pick it up. It's the managers job to make sure the employees are doing their job, not mine. I've never heard of a manager getting mad at a customer for not doing the manager's job. This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen and I can never recommend anyone to go to a Five Guys after visiting this location. Even after waiting for so long, the food wasn't worth it and maybe that was because it was made 10 minutes early, but that's how they intended for me to receive it: cold.

The sausage was ok. Not very tasty to my liking.
But the variety of free condiments is great.
Friendly and rapid service.
Lots of parking in marvhe de l'ouest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great location for a Burger. I have visited their store a number of times and when you order correctly, you get exactly what you asked for. The staff are friendly and the food is tasty and they premises are clean and feels like a places that the Employees 'like' working at, very important today since this typically determines the quality of service as well as the quality of the food being made. I recommend this franchise highly and thank the owner for hiring people that know their jobs and want to be there, a rare combination these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really have no complaints, except some toppings that cost extra like bacon is pretty stingy to the point I may ask if they actually put bacon. Besides that quality and service is pretty consistent. Fries are quite expensive even though they load you up on portions. It you can dine in your food will definitely taste better, fresh Cajun fries are amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A slopy, messy yet juicy cheeseburger!
Nothing beats a funny looking 5guys burgers that looks like someone stomped on it. Biting into those tender patties with that beautiful slice of cheese is like tasting the heaven. When you open the wrap and the soft and delicious smell of a cheeseburger will make you forget about all your problems. If god never invented calories then that amazing cheeseburger would be my breakfast, lunch, diner and repeat.
