B	Bwanbale Masane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lunch at Five Guys today. Actually, this is not my first visit and I find that the quality of the food does not change. The burgers are big and juicy, with lots of toppings. If you don't have a big appetite, I recommend the Little Burger with everything. It is enough for almost anybody and you get lots of fries if you ask for the Little fries. The only draw back I find is the price are a little on the high side. However, I will go back.

T	T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a franchise, this location is inconsistent and fairly slow. The food is average. Five Guys' trademark move is to top the bag with fries but they seem to never do it here, at least the handful of times I've gone. And both of us got the rumblies immediately after eating.

Today I ordered fries and gravy, 2 milkshakes and 7 burgers. 4 of the burgers had the wrong toppings (which does not work with fussy eaters), both milkshakes were watery and there was no gravy. I have raised the mistakes with management before and they were fixed. But the only way to fix the problem is to go to the restaurant myself which defeats the whole delivery. I am at a loss
N	Nick J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an extremely poor start; they mixed up a 4 burger order, literally all wrong, they pulled through with strong customer care, remaking the complete order super fast and generous portions. These burgers are out of sight and the no but lettuce option with free extra bacon if so desired is always a hit. First time trying their touted milkshakes but it wasn’t for me. Very flavourful but much too sweat for me..(I am sweet enough)! Always high expectations for me when visiting this restaurant. Again they completely turning the visit around in a short amount of time, and I would in fact recommend this location. Nice!

But as a burger goes it sure is close. Nice grilled flavoured all beef Pattie’s served up the way you want. And if your hungry upgrading to a poutine this place can really make your day also! lol Not to mention a few peanuts when your waiting in line and good customer service is a place you’ll be running back too or having your kids beg you for more
t	tristan rundle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The burgers are greasy and tasty. If your looking for greasy, tasty, hard-to-hold burgers with juice that runs down your fingers and peanuts for the wait... This is your place. The fries were a little cold, but overall quite enjoyable.
