A specially designed for group exercise microphone was purchased from Fitness Av Inc.(it was recommended by Kevin Dempsey) and is still under warranty. It stopped working properly and started cutting out after 3 months. Kevin Dempsey owner of fitness AV Systems Inc. has refused to fix it even though it's still under warranty until March. It sat in his shop for many months without providing us an answer as to it's status or any service provided. When we finally received it back, he told us he got it back from Samson the manufacturer in Canada and they said they refused to fix it. It still didn't work. Kevin then claims he sent it to Samson in the US and told us they had fixed it. I sent a strongly worded email to him asking for it back after having no answer for so long. I got it back the next day supposedly fixed. Upon trying it, there was a bad smell coming from it, and the battery got really hot. It still didn't work. When we contacted the manufacturer directly ourselves, they told us they had no record of it being sent to them at all. So now we have no microphone, have spent $441.21, and have not received any type of refund or even an offer of any type of solution. We have sent another email to Kevin asking for a solution and it has been 2 weeks without any kind of response. Therefore, we are contacting the better business bureau.
This product was a Samson airline replacement headset microphone.

We trusted this company to stand by their products and associated warranties and they have not. I don't suggest that anyone do business with a company that refuses to stand behind their products or warranties.
