The coaches are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mohammad Reza is wonderful that truly care for his students. I love the positive energy here and how they listen to client feedback and want to make it a great experience for all clients.?? Highly recommended! ??

The atmosphere is fun and awesome. For me, the best point about the workout was that i saw the result from the beginning. This got me motivated to continue as i could see the outcome every time i went to the gym. The trainer gives you comments that are very well thought and professional. Thank you for giving me the experience to feel good about myself.

He is a fantastic and knowledgable trainer with many years of experience and since I’ve signed up with fitbox all I can say is that THIS is my happy place.

I love these exercises as they target my whole body and also teach me to make the powerful mind-body connection. I really value the help and knowledge of all instructors, who make sure everybody keeps a perfect form during each exercise. The FiTBOX studio is quite spacious and impeccably clean, which is especially appreciated during the current pandemic. I highly recommend the FiTBOX studio - come and try this great workout to gain both physical and mental strength, and most importantly, join this amazing community, which I am so happy to be a member of!

He makes training fun and gives you all the tips to get the most out of every work out. The yoga teachers are also very professional and lovely.
