★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a truck from this dealer online unseen at the beginning of June. James the salesman was fantastic and sent me photos of everything i needed to see on the truck before making a down payment. I then drove 8.5 hours up to Prince George to pick up the truck. When we did the first walk around the truck, upon turning it on, James noticed that the information center in the console was not responding properly and quickly made arrangements to have that fixed in the shop within a half hour. After going over the truck for the last time i was on my way back south with the truck.
About 3 hours into the trip the truck broke down which turned out to be a major repair, they sent a mechanic to my location immediately. Upon getting the truck back to a shop they promptly got to work fixing it, which this repair ended up taking approximately 9.5 hours to fix. This ultimately delayed me by a day. James was immediate to tell me they are going to take care of everything and all the cost as well as put me up in a hotel and pay for it. They kept me informed about where they were on the truck and had me back on the road the next morning!
Although conditions were not ideal when purchasing a truck, for something like that to happen within first 24 hours, James and his company were amazing to work with and fantastic at reacting quickly to the situation. I have never had such amazing customer service from a dealership and sales rep and this showed even on the phone which is what helped make me confident in making such a large purchase at a distance without out even seeing it in person yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My trailer needed mud flaps on the trailer so they can get back to Seattle, called, talked to Brendon, he was very helpful, agreed to drop mud flaps to Husky Gas station for my drivers to pick it up later tonight. Thank you so much Brandon for your help! We have Western Star, now we know where to stop if we need on the way to Alaska and back!
