★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Worst people I’ve ever had to deal with regarding customer service. Rude to the children too. If I had a choice which I don’t because my son is in special program. We wouldn’t take the bus. The SURREY school district should hire another company. The receptionist has an attitude like she is better than everyone that calls. Beware

1. The bus driver does NOT put out the sign or use FLASHING LIGHTS when picking up or dropping off MY CHILDREN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a parent of a student who has been driven by one of your employees for over 3 years. Our daughter has epilepsy and is learning disabled. High school is not easy for her and she does not enjoy it as much as we would like. She doesn't have many friends at a school with over 2000 students. But her every day is made better by the person who drives her to school and back home again. Robyn Ciccone greets our daughter every morning and every afternoon with a smile and a kind word. She is never late and her driving is excellent. Her bus is always clean and well-maintained. I am not sure if our daughter would want to go to school at all if Robyn was not there to drive her. We cannot say enough about what an asset Robyn is to your organization and how highly we would recommend her and your company. Thank you for having such an amazing driver. She truly makes a difference in our daughter's life and therefore in ours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work wise, i am sure this is a great company to work for ! They have to do something about the employees parking their personal vehicle, as there is nowhere to park !
Worked for third wave for almost 5 years, and they followed a system where you pulled your bus out, parked the car in the spot, and vice- versa.
If only the 20 bus drivers behind the garage are allowed to do so, there be 20 more spaces for rest of the other drivers.
Please consider and recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the drivers here are to be professional as they drive children around. Coming home from work today this lady driver is in the right hand lane at 128 and 104 th. I am in the left turn lane and she turns left from the other lane and almost takes the front of my jeep out. The bus number is look in the photo added

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't trust these drivers with any children they don't follow rules of the road they take out theirs phones well driving to take pictures. Not safe at all, company needs to make sure their bus drivers know the rules of the road and to follow them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendous shortage of drivers in the whole North America created by Amazon because wage is more attractive and job is easier there.
Colleagues are great and so are the office workers but top management was not ready for this year challenge.
I take special needs kids to schools, two of them in wheel chairs.
Some of them are not capable to wear masks.
Bus is old and have a few problems.
The route is just as stupid as it can be but that's what Delta School District wants. They don't care about kids but mad if teachers work 15 minutes a day more! And I can say that again: Delta school District DO NOT CARE about special needs children! Perhaps Management could do something about it but regional manager keeps her head low.
We deliver "the most precious cargo on Earth: children" yet we get paid same if not less as parcels deliverers. What gives?
This year is by far is the most stressful and I wanted to quit a few times.
Not even sure what keeps me there still?
