S	Sylvie Spraakman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used First Stay Realty when I was moving to Vancouver and needed a furnished place for a few months. I had several issues while dealing with First Stay Realty. (1) I felt like I was doing their job for them. I had to provide several emails with proof that I had sent an e-transfer for my security deposit, because somehow they couldn't check their own banking or email records for that themselves. And at the end of my stay, when they were showing my unit to prospective new tenants, I had to provide the access code for my unit and the fob entry for my building, and let the realtor in every single time there was a showing. This was quite tedious and not the norm for realtors. (2) Poor and unprofessional communication. I had to manage two different agents contacting me via email, whatsapp and text to schedule showings of my current place, a check-out inspection, and what to do to ensure my place was clean for the check-out inspection. I'm pretty sure one of these methods of communication and a single point of contact would have sufficed. (3) Rental stock was mediocre. The place I was in was fine, but was clearly in need of minor maintenance such as re-painting walls and re-caulking shower/sink. If a realtor can't manage to keep minor maintenance up-to-date between tenants, that's pretty unfortunate. Given it's Vancouver and the hot real estate market, though, I don't think this is that out of the norm for a realtor.

She is hard-working and quickly closed the agreements working extended hours and coordinating despite difference in time zone. I had a property before landing in Vancouver. She is quick in responding and helped in settling down after moving in . She is supported by Aryan who is courteous and equally helpful. Keep up the good work !

All of our concerns were met with straightforward answers and our paperwork was explained flawlessly. It really made the entire process pain free and very reassuring. I am investor and landlord and experienced one, it is no better service and knowledge base, they list on multiple platforms, including Craigslist, Kijiji, Facebook, Instagram and much more! They also list your property on their website to connect with corporate travelers and tenants who love their services.

Natalia is finding housing for the refugees in places like Portugal and Austria. “I know that Ukrainian people prefer to be closer to Ukraine...because ultimately the people want to go back to their homeland,” she said. “If you do have any housing, any part of Europe is great, but the closer you are to the Ukrainian border... it’s more helpful for refugees.” Natalia found families willing to help with second homes in Europe by using the six degrees of separation concept for people: somebody who knows somebody, and lots of people including Elena, Anna and Ludmila grateful to her endless hours of efforts in arranging their rescue trip from Kharkiv all the way to Europe.
