Terrible experience!
The job has been going on for 6 months and still nowhere near completion. The guys working are decent but they come and go sporadically and only for a few hours at a time.
If you want to feel like your situation doesn't matter and don't mind continually inquiring about why the job isn't being completed then this is the company to call. If not, call another restoration company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initial contact was professional but they would not give a quote on how much the job would cost. When the work was completed, it was not done correctly and it was ridiculously expensive. Numerous attempts to contact project manager with zero follow up. Completely unprofessional.
