★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad experience , had our basement done 3 years ago and did a bad job the first time with dings in the wall they came back a second time and fixed it up but made a mess , they left paint on the floor which stained our new floor and didn’t cut straight lines in our wall leaving bulges making our vents bulge out on the side

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately Spectrum Restoration DKI accidentally left our restoration incomplete resulting in more damage to our home.
Spectrums management and crew promptly repaired their mistake and the quality of work was more appropriate the second time around. Had they completed the initial restoration to the degree they did the second time I would have rated them a 4.
Thanks again to everyone at Spectrum that helped repair our home. We appreciate your integrity in the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible communication. Did not show up for over a month. I had to make the phone calls to find out what was going on. Felt like I was babysitting a company that supposed to be looking after you. Very frustrating when their ads say they will be there every day. We had smoked damage done to the house they did not clean behind the fridge and stove. Walls still have black soot on them. We understand things like this take time. However when no one tells you anything and you see very little progress and you're living in somebody else's house for over two and a half months things get a little frustrating.

Called them for flood restoration and while they were removing the carpet they were throwing heavy pieces of carpet up the stairs and hitting the door and walls. They broke furniture, cut through the phone line, and a couple other things. We repeatedly told them we didn’t need a C-can since we had a moving company move things to the garage but showed up with one anyways. That was a 2000 dollar bill btw for that. Then they kept trying to move the belongings from the garage so they could bill for that. They kept claiming we had one six foot wall with asbestos and needed to bill for safe removal but showed up with no protective equipment to remove it and claimed it was safe for us to stay in the house with removal. Tried doing numerous out of scope work that wasn’t approved by insurance. Won’t return any of our calls to replace the bed or other things they broke. Had to fire them and let insurance know that they were scamming. The list is extensive about the problems with this company, watch out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who came to do the initial clean up.did amazing. I saw the floor they ripped out later on the buy and sell. Let us sleep without having a bio wash for 2 months the charged us 8000. Never using them again and will not recommend them.
