She walked me through the process of planning my Nana's funeral with compassion, professionalism, and went the extra mile to ensure the service went smoothly keeping social distancing in effect at all times. I was very pleased that I was not made to feel guilty or pressured into purchasing anything above and beyond what I asked for. Overall it was a better experience than I expected during this sad and stressful time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barb Leni assisted me after my mom passed away. Barb exudes professionalism, thoughtfulness, and really wanting to make sure I had everything I needed in the way of information. She is both lovely and highly personable. Barb truly made me feel at ease and was so very helpful. I'd like to add that my folks pre-planned their funeral arrangements with First Memorial Funeral Services/Dignity years ago and that was so appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barbara Leni was very compassionate and kind during this difficult time of my Mom’s passing. She treated me like a dear friend and expatiated the process. Helped me with things I had no idea about and guided me along the way. So much help, considering it had to be done all on the phone and emails due to fact I was in the United States and unable to come in person. She is a true asset to First Memorial!
