★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke, weeks after a dress was "ordered" they reached out to say they cant get this dress in time for our wedding. After doing some research i was assured by the manufactor that the dress in question could deffiantly still be got in time. One step further the manufactor reached out this this business and was told by the manager that they werent interested in helping.
Considering they sell wedding dresses this is extermly disapointing and terrible customer service.
AGAIN do not waste your time with this business, they clearly are in it for themselfs and not the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not shop here, worth the trip somewhere else as you may have to go anyways. Manager Sue does not seem to care about customer concerns or sales. I have so much to say in terms of a bad experience but as a bride not only did this store single handed ruin a major part of our wedding but I felt uncared for and my time and money unvalued. Staff communication and training seems to be an issue here and if you purchase anything my advice would be to follow up multiple times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Natalia. I was very excited to go to First Comes Love to shop for my bridesmaid dress. I was called day of to say they needed to move my apt due to lack of staff and it was her first day being alone. Totally understandable. I happily said okay. We had a great experience that day choosing my dress. I paid in full and left with expectation my dress would be ordered. Exactly a month later to the day I received a phone call - they were asking me if I still wanted my dress ordered or to get a refund. I asked if I could have a night to speak with bride and they said they wanted to call her because if it was not ordered now the next day to order was Saturday. We ended up being able to get a hold of the manufacturer of the dress who said if we ordered it, it should still be here on time. The manufacturer of the dress brand called first comes love and they told them they would not order the dress in case it did not get in here time they did not want to take it. When Sue spoke with the Bride she did not offer an apology and the bride cried on the phone. I am now left to order a dress I have never tried on that we found in stock in store in Calgary. They happened to have one in the right size and colour.(THANKFULLY) Not the same dress. I feel that First Comes Love could have offered for me to purchase a dress in store. They did have a option that fit me in the right colour in store I tried on and they did not offer for me to purchase that dress. I have been given a refund at this time. I feel this store could have offered many solutions. Very disappointed with what should have been a happy time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in looking for a grad dress and the sales associate was so kind and helpful. It was like she read my mind and found a great dress for me. They have such a welcoming and comfortable environment. I’m very small and they had quite a few dresses that fit me very well in a bunch of different colours. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on the hunt for a wedding dress and I decided to try out First Comes Love. They have such an incredible selection of beautiful dresses! The staff were welcoming and super helpful the minute I walked in the door. They took their time and I never felt rushed. Choosing a wedding dress can be so stressful but the staff at First Comes Love made it such an amazing experience!

The customer service that Sue and Janelle provide is excellent and the space feels exciting and comfortable. These ladies are both amazing at what they do - A one stop formal wear shop! Thank you so much ? (And I left with two!)
