The service was excellent. I was quite surprised at the cost I hadn't been in since last year and I paid around $16. My visit this time cost $23 it was still worth it and I highly recommend first choice

Now everyone is asking is that done by my self!!! They charge me above 25$ I don’t know why!!! And I wanted no side burners either… she didn’t even thin it out …. As I asked to… very disappointed.. She didn’t even put a mirror afterwards to show me the haircut ….

She skillfully dyed my hair from red to blonde and did it all with a smile and a very friendly attitude. I'll definitely be coming back to this location

I was turned away as they had adjusted their hours to a 5 pm close but hadn't bothered to update the listing. The next day, Saturday, I tried the south end location down the hill from Aberdeen. Listed as open until 6 pm. I even called to confirm to avoid the same experience, and was greeted with a recording stating the location was open until 6 pm but did not accept appointments, then it invited me to hang up. I arrived at 4:40 (again) and was turned away as the hours had been adjusted and not listed (again). Really poor management opting to maintain a recording with inaccurate information. I have wasted a lot of time as a result. I understand that staffing shortages happen, but the business could take small steps to avoid big headaches for their customers.

Hairdresser was very nice, got the hair cut done quick on my wiggly kid. Was interactive with my child. Overall great experience for his first hair cut.
