I have been to them both at separate times and found them very attentive. They each took time to walk me through all the options and made sure they gave me the best result for my needs.

β β β β β I have been looking for an effective laser treatment for at least one year, went to different places and overpaid money and in exchange I received no results. This place was recommended to me and I decided to try it. You will see right away how professional staff are here and you will definitely notice nobody will try to push you to purchase anything because they know you will see a big difference after few laser sessions. Ekaterina has a huge medical background and experience that adding tremendous value to this spa. I also trust her with different skin care treatments for my face. I wish I found this salon earlier. Thank you for taking care of me!

Kate is knowledgeable and caring and will never perform a procedure that she doesn't think will be good for you or you aren't ready for due to sun exposure etc just for her personal gain. You can trust her and count on her in every way! I love First Ave Medical Spa and highly recommend it to everyone!!

β β β β β I've been coming to see Kate for many years and I absolutely trust her expertise. Velashape is my favourite, can't live without it! All of the skin products and makeup are simply amazing. It's always a pleasure coming to see Kate. She never pushes treatments that are not gonna be beneficial or make you look fake.

β β β β β From the moment you make the call to book an appointment with Olga to the time of your service with Kate, you are treated more than merely a paying customer. In recognition of both how valuable time is and how desperately everyone desires to be 'pampered/beautified' as in 'yesterday', Olga efficiently strives to accommodate your schedule. More importantly, they are so considerate if a change must be made. The fact, that the 'spa' is open until 7 pm is a blessing. Above and beyond the fact that Kate is both highly professional and knowledgeable, she is personable. If you seek Kate's opinion, you will receive an honest response but never does she 'push' a service. Most importantly, you will never get a sense that there is a frantic rush in your time spent. Quite the opposite - Kate is extremely calming by nature. You really get the impression that you have been at the spa!
