★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a very informative and well delivered First Aid and cpr refresher course. Allan is friendly, engaging and articulate. I especially liked the videos that were shown of real life, successful, rescues..it makes you feel the importance of what you are learning. Also, incredibly grateful to have completed the course, as there was an actual medical emergency in my office just 3 days after! Thank you Allan and First Aid Pro...I was successful at treating the patient until paramedics arrived!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable and thorough!! Allan answered our questions and made sure we felt comfortable with the scenarios. I also liked that it was mostly hands on in person so it was much easier to remember the steps - in previous courses I felt like it was too much theory and talking, which is hard to follow for a long day. Would recommend to anyone looking to have the skills to step in and help in an emergency!

Their entire team is made of experienced first responders who have very real experiences they can draw from to educate you. The team is friendly, professional and make the course engaging and extremely memorable. I highly recommend them
