★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here a few weeks back and was super excited as my family and I used to always go to the original Finz that burnt down a few years back. I enjoyed my meal of the chicken sandwich and the all meat pizza was also good. The 1 star is being given because when we were seated it took 15 minutes before the server even came to say hello. Second, my mom had a hair in her salad. She was brought a new salad and the server laughed saying "hopefully there isn't a hair in this one" which we didn't find funny as what happened was quite gross. At most restaurants this meal would have been on the house but we did not even get a discount on the meal. Instead, we were given our cheapest drink for free. I found this incredibly unprofessional. It would not have been difficult to comp the meal and take the situation seriously. I am writing this review in hopes that your restaurant will learn and do better during similar future incidents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here to celebrate our friends anniversary. The service, food and beverages were outstanding! I had the Cuban sandwich, super flavorful. My wife had the Mexican bowl and they were huge and two thumbs up. Our friends had two other bowls again large sizes and they graved how very tasty they were. I would highly recommend a stop here.. make sure to make a reservation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Finz with my brother. We had a great evening. Service was great and full of attention. Food is good. Mussels and crab cake are highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ate there twice last summer. The first time the service was excellent, the server was really good but the food was just average, nothing special and overpriced. The second time the service was really bad, the girl was snotty and rushing us like we were imposing on her. she took a long time to take a drink order and they tasted like they were watered down. she took so long to give us our drinks that we decided not to order appetizers. So she lost out on another $50 in sales. The $20 burger bun was stale, I can get a better burger at mcdonalds. The server had lighter hair and two piercings in her chest, avoid her at all costs. Not impressed at all, this is an overpriced tourist trap. The view is the only good thing this place has.
