The Whistleblower Policy supports Finning's value of open and honest communication by protecting employees from adverse employment consequences when reporting suspected breaches.
As an alternative to reporting perceived Code violations through normal business channels, which include an employee's immediate supervisor, human resources personnel or a senior management representative, the Whistleblower Policy also allows employees to make reports to Finning's compliance officer or anonymously to an independent third party.
