★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cat product, second to none. If your name doesn't end with MINE, don't expect any efforts that falls outside their comfort zone. Couldn't find a A/C package for an engine they sold us, they said that they can't find it because the engine didn't originaly come equiped with an A?C. Well no kidding, that is why we called looking for an AC package. Ironically Union Tractor found a kit and supported the installation all the way. Finning could't find an engine arrangement until the Eastern Canadian Cat dealer Toromont and Washington State Dealer Petersen Power found the engines we needed. Of course they couldn't sell them to us even though they did their due diligence. It blows we had to buy from Finning when they don't deserve the sale. There sales guys are not knowledgeable in the emission laws and try to impose incorrect regulations on their clients. This can lead to major problems later when trying to use your equipment underground, where an engine must meet CANMET, not Tier 4 as the representative insisted. Their mechanics and service managers are second to none, top notch bunch of guys. but their sales guys have a nice smile and a pickup truck with no knowledge of the scope of their work.
